Development Site Plan
The development area is located near the centre of the Private Reserve. The site plan shows the site locations within the development area as well as the nearby dams and roads. It also shows which houses and sites are sold, and which are still available.
A 5 metre wide access road runs from the reserve entrance to the development area. Within the development area roads are of municipal standard 5 metre and 2,5 metre widths and have gravel surface that is suitable for cars.
The communal area is located on the western perimeter of the development area.
