House Price Lists

As a purchaser you have the option of buying a site, a completed Single Storey or a completed Double storey house.

The pricing of the house options reflects the cost of the high quality building specification and are subject to change. Houses may be built to the purchaser's own internal specification at an additional cost. Construction is undertaken by the developer and on completion you wil receive the keys to your newly built home, ready to use.

Completed House prices

Completed house prices are valid through to 31st December 2010:

• Single storey as per standard plan, with single garage:
  R1 490 000 including VAT
• Double storey as per attached standard plan, with single garage:
  R1 690 000 including VAT

This price includes your 4000 sq.m exclusive use area and access to the 445ha reserve plus fishing on three dams¹

Single Storey PC Item prices (estimated)

PC items are Prime Cost items and these prices are valid through to 31st December 2010:

• Electrical plus fittings R40,000
• Kitchen cupboards R45,000
• Sanitary ware / geyser R17,000 (2 rooms)
• Built in cupboards R16,000 (3 rooms)
• Fireplace R6,000
• Wooden balustrades R6,500
• External doors R4,000
• Shower door R1,500 each (2 off)
• Tiles R140 per metre
• Carpets R120 per metre

Double Storey PC Item prices (estimated)

PC items are Prime Cost items and these prices are valid through to 31st December 2006:

• Electrical plus fittings R55,000
• Kitchen cupboards R50,000
• Sanitary ware / geyser R20,000 (3 rooms)
• Built in cupboards R20,000 (4 rooms)
• Fireplace R11,000
• Wooden balustrades R11,000
• External doors R6,500
• Shower door R1,500 each (3 off)
• Tiles R140 per metre
• Carpets R120 per metre

Included in this specification are:

• Receipt of keys upon completion
• Concrete apron
• Driveway strips (30m)
• Lawn to perimeter of house
• All building requirements including: NHBRC, survey, registration, plans, engineering certification, infestation certificate, electrical certificate

Additional costs

• Amendments to standard plan
• Changes to garage constrcution, location, size
• Driveway construction over 30m: Concrete strips at R600 per linear meter
