The single storey house design provides an open plan living and dining area, kitchen with optional breakfast bar, scullery, one en-suite double bedroom, two further double bedrooms, a guest bathroom and veranda.
The double story house design provides two living areas, dining room, kitchen with optionsl breakfast bar, four bedrooms, three double, one or two en-suite, a guest bathroom, a downstairs guest toilet, and an upstairs covered veranda/balcony.
Both designs have a covered ground floor veranda, patio, courtyard and car port. A single garage is standard but may be excluded.
Each house is surrounded by 5-10m of lawn garden that may be further developed to suit your individual style. A landscape designer is available to design and further enhance your garden to complete your exclusive property.
The architecture of the houses gives a maximum usable area whilst having a low profile that blends into the tree line. Privacy was an important factor when considering the sizing and location of each unit in the development site. Houses are well spaced by an average of 35 metres to give privacy.
A high standard finish is specified for each house. To keep the harmony that the eco-estate requires, the exterior shapes are the same and the finishes are similar. Interior layouts and finishes can be adapted to your personal requirements.
For completeness and your peace of mind, a full set of Building Specifications are provided and agreed prior to construction.
All construction work is undertaken by carefully selected building contractors, however, if clients wish to use alternative contractors, there is a contractor service charge that must be paid prior to commencement of works.
