
There are a number of entities, or parties, that are involved at Ntabamoya Private Reserve. They fall into two categories - Land entities and Legal Entities. In summary, Ntabamoya Private Reserve is owned by one company and the development is owned and is being developed by another. Both companies are directed by Kevin McLoughlin.
The Setional Scheme and all owners are represented by the Body Corporate.
There are two physical pieces of land:

Ntabamoya Private Reserve is the trading name of The Owner, Tortello Trading No. 85 Pty Ltd. Ntabamoya Private Reserve also refers to the entire property or reserve itself (REMAINDER OF PORTION 3), excluding the Sectional Scheme.
When you deal with Ntabamoya Private Reserve you are dealing with Tortello Trading No. 85 Pty Ltd.
Ntabamoya Private Reserve is responsible for management and operation of the entire reserve, the B&B business and any other matters related to the reserve.
The Body Corporate is a legal entity that has specific responsibilities with regard to the Sectional Scheme and its members (all purchasers). For all intents and purposes the Body Corporate acts for and represents all the Purchasers within the Sectional Scheme. Body Corporate means Body Corporate and the interest of the Purchasers of houses or sites within the Sectional Scheme.
The Body Corporate acts on behalf of the 25 purchasers on matters within the Sectional Scheme. The Body Corporate also liaises with Ntabamoya Private Reserve on behalf of the Purchasers.
The Body Corporate acts on behalf of the Sectional Scheme (and purchasers) in dealing with Ntabamoya Private Reserve. This includes matters outside the Sectional Scheme but within the reserve such as, security, and road and entrance maintenance.
The Body Corporate conduct rules govern conduct within the Sectional Scheme. The Ntabamoya Private Reserve rules govern conduct within the reserve.
