Double Storey House Plans

These are the pre-approved double storey house plans.

This two floor design gives the maximum usable space for a minimum building footprint. The total usable floor area including veranda and balcony is 231m². There is an upstairs balcony that is just below tree canopy level with a great outlook. The balcony floor provides cover for the downstairs veranda. At the rear there are a courtyard, a second patio with braai area and a private courtyard that can be used for a hot tub or outside shower.
